Should I work out if I'm sore?
I just bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred DVD. It's rated 4.5 out of 5 stars, so it's really supposed to help with losing weight. I had to skip it yesterday for two reasons: one, I could barely walk. two, by the time I got home it was late. Today, I feel better. I can walk without too much pain. It's more sitting down and getting up.
Mostly sore in my legs, a little in my shoulder/upper arm area.
Y!A suggestion:
Health > Dental
WTF. lol.
It's good to skip a day, especially if your sore.
They are sore because they are repairing/growing muscle.
If you work them out when they're sore you won't give them a chance to grow.
